What type or brand name of red wine has good taste?

I wanna buy some good red wine for my boy friend, but I dont know what is the good brand name of red wine. Can anyone give me some suggestion?

and there is another question, where can I buy that?|||Everyone has different tastes. What one person loves; another may not like at all. Do you know what varietal of red wines your boy friend likes?

Beverages and Morel, Costco, and Cost Plus are all stores where you can find good wines. I'd ask your boyfriend if he has a favorite varietal and then head to one of those stores.

You can choose a wine that has been judged to be of outstanding quality by a wine reviewer....a score of 90 or above is excellent. This would not guarantee that your boy friend will like it....but least someone has decided it is good.

You will also find some good wine recommendations at this website:

I hope this helps.|||If you go to your main super market, look and see if they have small 125ml bottle of wine. We sell them in my store for $1.25, that way you can buy the types (cab, Merlot ect..) and try them each, see what you like and then you can make a bigger purchase from there.

A very good wine that is available everywhere is A red table wine called Menage a Trois It is our most popular red wine in the store.|||Hi the Yellow Tail label from Australia is great so is the Petrea label from Ontario Canada.

I'd also suggest Wolfgang from Australia, they have Bin #s that are great. So 555 is a merlot and it's decent, deep and full of body.

Also just shop around, anything within the $15 range is decent. And feel confident to do some research on the net and ask liquor store staff. Do you have a wine store in your area? That maybe the place to go.

Does your bf know wines? If not, go with Yellowlabel. It's decent, and though not top of the line, tastes good to most everyone but doesn't normally impress top wine affectionatos.|||You can buy wine at any grocery or liquor store, even some at a walgreens or cvs. It depends on the type of wine you are looking for whether it be a Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon etc. Each has a different taste, each equally "good", but it depends on his taste|||Everyone palates are different. There are millions of red wines out there as well as types. Your local supermarket sometimes could carry a decent red wine but your best bet is to go to a specialty store such as BEVMO or Total Wine. I'm not sure where you are located but your local wine sales associate should be a connoisseur enough to be able to tell you decent wine for a decent price. Good Luck!|||If you like a merlot or cabernet/sav and don't want to spend a lot, try a Chilean wine, "Frontera" 'Concho y Toro'. It is inexpensive (1.5 in MD $6.97) and is very flavorful. My wife is very discriminating and enjoys these wines.

If you don't care for that one, try Cavit. Slightly more costly ( 1.5 $11.97) and comes in both merlot %26amp; cab/sav.

Good Luck.|||Go to trader joes, they have a very good wine department.|||manischewitz~]
