I've heard that a glass of red wine after dinner, every day is good for health. But just wanted to know your opinions oh how and when to consume red wine ?|||I am not an expert so can't say what is the best but these are what I think is healthier.
Eat something light 1st before drinking red wine and never drink too fast or too much (eg. 3 - 4 standard glasses in an hour is too much)
If you would like to drink more than 1 glass, drink it while having your dinner (preferably not late dinner after 21:00)|||It is common in Europe to drink a glass of wine a day. The most important thing to remember is that you have it WITH A MEAL. Not on it's own, and you only have one glass.|||You drink Red Wine while consuming your food. You can do this for breakfast, lunch and supper if you live in France.|||Orally. Trust me.|||Better not to drink everyday.|||you can try drinking it|||What did St. Paul say? Drink a little wine for your stomach's sake.
