Can I mix red wine vinegar and olive oil?

I want to saute' my vegetables in olive oil and also add red wine vinegar (I want to experiment). I am not two familiar about red wine vinegar but I know I love to eat it on a veggie sandwich.





Will it taste good?|||Yes. This is called a "vinaigrette". This is basically salad dressing. I don't suggest doing this with a saute. It kind of tastes weird. If you do add vinegar, add just a tiny bit.





Here is a really good vegetable saute that I use a lot. Use sesame oil, soy sauce, fresh chopped garlic, fresh chopped ginger and some fresh scallions.|||sure if it tastes good|||Yes, it's good.

You just made part of an Italian dressing just add the herbs.|||Try it and see! That is why they call it experimenting. You may love it and your frinds will go yuck unless you add some cheese or something. Have fun and enjoy what you eat...
